Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) white rum
- 4 oz (120ml) pineapple juice
- 2 oz (60ml) coconut cream
- 1 oz (30ml) Gusto’s lime juice
- 1 cup ice
- Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, Gusto’s lime juice, and ice.
- Shake for 2-3 minutes.
- Taste the Piña Colada and adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more pineapple juice or Gusto’s lime juice if desired.
- Once you achieve the desired flavor and consistency, pour the Piña Colada into a chilled glass.
- Optionally, garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick.
