Loaded BBQ Nachos


  • 1 bag of nacho chips
  • 1/2 cup Gusto’s BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro for serving (optional)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Spread a layer of nacho chips evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle Gusto’s BBQ sauce evenly over the nachos.
  4. Sprinkle diced onions, sliced jalapenos, and diced tomatoes evenly over the nachos.
  5. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the nachos, covering all the toppings.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the nachos are heated through.
  7. Once done, remove the loaded nachos from the oven and let them cool slightly for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the BBQ loaded nachos hot, garnished with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro if desired.
