  2. Mix all the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add Gusto Chili Vinegar to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Finally, fold in the chopped gherkins until evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
  5. Taste the burger sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or chili sauce according to your preference.
  6. Transfer the burger sauce to a clean jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
