Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Gusto Foods India in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 399* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A minimal shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 399 based on the cart items.

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 5–8 working days for delivery, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may vary during sales, high order volumes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online.

If you return an order delivered to you, the order shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

* Bulk order delivery time: 4–6 working days
* 100% advance payment required
* No COD for bulk orders
* Courier charges extra – estimated at ₹1,000 for 10 pcs, additional charges apply as quantity increases.
