All prepaid orders above ₹399 will be shipped free of cost. A minimal shipping charge will be applicable to all orders worth ₹399 and below, based on cart items and irrespective of the mode of payment.
If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (if paid online).
If you return an order delivered to you, the order shipping charges will not be refunded. For accounts whose return behaviour violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge of ₹149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.
