INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2chilli (slit)
- 3 clove garlic ( finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
- ½ onion (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienne)
- ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
- ½ capsicum (sliced)
- 5 beans (chopped)
- 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 cup cooked rice
How to make garlic fried rice with step-by-step:
- Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chillies and 3 clove garlic.
- Now add 2 tbsp spring onion, and ½ onion and saute well.
- Further add 1 carrot, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
- Stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables shrinks slightly.
- Now add 2 tbsp veeba chilli garlic sauce and ½ tsp salt.
- Stir fry until sauce combines well.
- Add 4 cups of cooked rice and mix gently until the sauce is coated well.
- Also, add 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
- Finally, enjoy Chilli Garlic Fried Rice with Gusto Manchurian gravy.
NOTES:
- Firstly, adjust the amount of garlic chilli sauce depending on the spice level.
- Also, add vegetables of your choice to make fried rice nutritious.
