Spicy Chilli Garlic Fried Rice using Gusto Manchurian gravy

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2chilli (slit)
  • 3 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienne)
  • ½ cup cabbage (shredded)
  • ½ capsicum (sliced)
  • 5 beans (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cup cooked rice

How to make garlic fried rice with step-by-step:

  1. Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chillies and 3 clove garlic.
  2. Now add 2 tbsp spring onion, and ½ onion and saute well.
  3. Further add 1 carrot, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
  4. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables shrinks slightly.
  5. Now add 2 tbsp Gusto Hot Chilli Garlic Gravy and ½ tsp salt.
  6. Stir fry until sauce combines well.
  7. Add 4 cups of cooked rice and mix gently until the sauce is coated well.
  8. Also, add 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
  9. Finally, enjoy Chilli Garlic Fried Rice with Gusto Manchurian gravy.

NOTES:

  • Firstly, adjust the amount of Gusto Hot Chilli Sauce depending on the spice level. 
  • Also, add vegetables of your choice to make fried rice nutritious.
  • Additionally, stir fry on high same to get indo-chinese savour.
  • Finally, enjoy Chilli Garlic Fried Rice tastes great when served spicy.
