Ingredients:
-Oil
-Chopped garlic
-Ginger paste
-Mushrooms
-Grated carrots
-Diced cabbage
-Extra firm tofu
-Gusto’s Dark Soy Sauce
-Gusto’s Red Chilli Sauce
-Salt & pepper
-Chopped green onions
-Rice sheets
-Warm water
-Oil (for pan frying)
-Chopped scallions and sesame seeds
Method:
1.Saucé chopped garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
2.Add mushrooms and cook until water evaporates.
3.Incorporate carrots and cabbage, sauté until tender.
4.Introduce tofu, Gusto’s Dark Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until flavors meld.
5.Finish with chopped green onions. Set aside.
6.Soften rice sheets in warm water.
7.Add dumpling filling to the center and fold.
8.Layer with another rice sheet and repeat.
9.Pan fry dumplings until crispy.
10.Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
11.Serve hot and enjoy the burst of flavors!
