Guacamole using Gusto’s Lime Juice

Ingredients: 

• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 small tomato, diced
• 1/4 cup diced onion
• 1 Serrano chili pepper (or 3 green jalapeños, if unavailable), seeded and minced
• 1 tablespoon Gusto Lime Juice
• 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
•  Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2.  Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
3. Add the diced tomato, diced onion, minced Serrano chili pepper (or jalapeños), Gusto Lime Juice, and chopped cilantro to the mashed avocado.
4. Gently fold all the ingredients together until well combined.
5. Taste the guacamole and season with salt to your liking.
6. Once seasoned to perfection, transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl.
7. Optionally, garnish the guacamole with additional chopped cilantro or slices of lime.
8. Serve the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or any Mexican-inspired dish.
