Thai Peanut Tofu

  • 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons Gusto’s soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust according to your spice preference)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
  • Purple cabbage, shredded (for garnish)
  • Scallions, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices, whichever you prefer.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Gusto’s soy sauce, peanut butter, and sriracha sauce until well combined.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes to the pan and stir-fry until they are golden brown and slightly crispy on all sides.
  4. Once the tofu is cooked, pour the peanut sauce over the tofu in the pan. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the Thai peanut tofu to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish the Thai peanut tofu with shredded purple cabbage and chopped scallions.
  7. Serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious and simple Thai Peanut Tofu!
