- 1 green jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
- 2 tablespoons Gusto's Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Tacos:
- Small tortillas or taco shells
Instructions:
- Fry Cauliflower:
- Toss cauliflower florets in a mixture of cornflour and 2 tablespoons of Gusto's Pataka Hot Sauce.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Make Glaze:
- In a pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, Gusto's Pataka Hot Sauce, and honey. Stir to create a glaze.
- Glaze Cauliflower:
- Toss the fried cauliflower in the glaze until evenly coated and shiny.
- Assemble Tacos:
- Warm tortillas.
