Veg Manchurian using Gusto's Ready-To-Eat Manchurian Gravy

Ingredients:

For the Manchurian Balls:

  • 1/2 cup finely grated cabbage
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green beans
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (spring onions)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. After frying, In a pan, add 1/3rd cup of Gusto's Ready To Eat Manchurian Gravy + 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Make a slurry using water & corn flour.
  3. Once the gravy thickens, add your fried manchurian balls (10-15 fried balls to the above quantity)
  4. Garnish with scallions & sesame seeds
