Ingredients:
For the Manchurian Balls:
1/2 cup finely grated cabbage
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green beans
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (spring onions)
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (maida)
1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
Oil for frying
After Frying, In a Pan, Add 1/3rd Cup of Gusto's Ready To Eat Manchurian Gravy + 1/2 Cup Of Water
Make a Slurry using water & corn flour
Once the gravy thickens, add your Fried Manchurian Balls (10-15 Fried Balls To The Above Quantity)
Garnish With Scallions & Sesame Seeds
