Ingredients:
For the Manchurian Balls:
- 1/2 cup finely grated cabbage
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green beans
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (spring onions)
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (maida)
- 1-2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Oil for frying
Method:
- After frying, In a pan, add 1/3rd cup of Gusto's Ready To Eat Manchurian Gravy + 1/2 cup of water.
- Make a slurry using water & corn flour.
- Once the gravy thickens, add your fried manchurian balls (10-15 fried balls to the above quantity)
- Garnish with scallions & sesame seeds
