Teriyaki Oyster Mushroom Philly Sandwich recipe (using Gusto's Teriyaki Sauce, Gusto's Mustard Kasundi and Gusto's BBQ Sauce)

Ingredients:

• 2 medium white onions, sliced
• 1-2 medium green bell peppers (capsicum), sliced
• Salt and pepper
• 300 grams oyster mushrooms, sliced
• 1/3 cup Gusto's Teriyaki Sauce
• Hot dog buns or sub rolls
• Gusto's Mustard Kasundi
• Gusto's BBQ Sauce
• Cheese Slices

Instructions:

1. Sauté sliced onions and green bell peppers with salt and pepper until tender.
2. Add sliced oyster mushrooms and cook until browned.
3. Pour Gusto's Teriyaki Sauce over the mixture and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Assemble sandwiches by spreading Gusto's Mustard Kasundi on buns, adding the mushroom filling, cheese, and a drizzle of Gusto's BBQ Sauce.
