Ingredients:
- 2 medium white onions, sliced
- 1-2 medium green bell peppers (capsicum), sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 300 grams oyster mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup Gusto Teriyaki Sauce
- Hot dog buns or sub rolls
- Gusto Mustard Kasundi
- Gusto Smoky Barbeque Sauce
- Cheese Slices
Instructions:
- Sauté sliced onions and green bell peppers with salt and pepper until tender.
- Add sliced oyster mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Pour Gusto Teriyaki Sauce over the mixture and cook for a few more minutes.
- Assemble sandwiches by spreading Gusto Mustard Kasundi on buns, adding the mushroom filling, cheese, and a drizzle of Gusto Smoky Barbeque Sauce.
