Korean Potato Noodles using Gusto's Hot Chilli Garlic Gravy

 Ingredients

  • 300 grams boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 300 grams cornstarch
  • Water (for kneading)
  • Salt (for seasoning)
  • 1/4 cup Gusto's Hot Chilli Garlic Gravy
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Scallions (green onions), sliced
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Roasted peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Potato Dough: Combine mashed potatoes, cornstarch, and water to form a smooth dough.
  2. Roll and Cut Noodles: Divide the dough into portions and roll them into noodles.
  3. Boil Potato Noodles:  Boil the potato noodles in salted water for 3-4 minutes until they float. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Toss with Gusto's Gravy: Place boiled noodles in a bowl. Add Gusto's Hot Chilli Garlic Gravy for a spicy kick.
  5. Sweeten with Honey: Drizzle honey over the noodles to balance the heat.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Transfer noodles to serving plates. Top with sliced scallions, sesame seeds, and roasted peanuts.
