Korean Fried Potato Balls
  • Ingredients 

    • 300 grams of potatoes
    • 300 grams of corn starch
    • Water (for kneading)
    • Vegetable oil (for frying)
    • Gusto's Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • Scallions (green onions), finely chopped, for garnish
    • Black sesame seeds, for garnish


    1. Prepare Potatoes:
      • Peel, wash, and cut potatoes into chunks.
    2. Boil and Mash Potatoes:
      • Boil potatoes until tender, then mash them until smooth & Lump free.
    3. Mix with Corn Starch:
      • Gradually add corn starch, knead into a dough.
    4. Shape Potato Balls:
      • Form golf ball-sized balls from the dough.
    5. Fry:
      • Heat oil and fry balls until golden 
    6. Toss in Gusto's Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce:
      • Coat fried potato balls generously.
    7. Garnish and Serve:
      • Sprinkle with scallions and black sesame seeds.
    8. Serve Hot:
      • Enjoy the sweet-spicy goodness of Gusto's Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
