Eggless Chocolate Sizzling Brownies With Gusto's Chocolate Syrup:


For the Brownie:

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

For Sizzling Toppings:

  • 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream

  1. Preheat the Sizzler Plate:
