Instructions:
- Prepare Tofu:

- In a non-stick pan, heat a bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Add Sauce:
- Pour Gusto’s Teriyaki Sauce over the tofu and let it simmer, allowing the sauce to coat the tofu cubes thoroughly.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle white sesame seeds over the tofu and cook for an additional minute.
Scallion Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
- Finely Chopped Scallions
- Cold Rice (preferably day-old)
- Garlic, minced
- White Onion, diced
- Black Sesame Seeds
- Oil for cooking

- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced white onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add Rice:
- Increase heat to medium-high, add cold rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps.
- Stir-fry:
- Stir-fry the rice for a few minutes until it starts to crisp slightly.
- Add Scallions:
- Toss in the finely chopped scallions and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they wilt.
- Season:
- Drizzle some additional teriyaki sauce over the fried rice for added flavor (optional).
- Finish:
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the fried rice, mix well, and cook for another minute before removing from heat.
