Scallion Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
- Finely Chopped Scallions
- Cold Rice (preferably day-old)
- Garlic, minced
- White Onion, diced
- Black Sesame Seeds
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced white onion, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add Rice: Increase heat to medium-high, add cold rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps.
- Stir-fry: Stir-fry the rice for a few minutes until it starts to crisp slightly.
- Add Scallions: Toss in the finely chopped scallions and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they wilt.
