Schezwan Cheesy Vegetable Quesadilla:


  • Boiled Kidney Beans
  • Red & Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
  • Green Capsicum, diced
  • Corn
  • Onions, finely chopped
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 TBSP Gusto’s Schezwan Sauce
  • Tortilla Wraps


  1. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix boiled kidney beans, diced red & yellow bell pepper, diced green capsicum, corn, finely chopped onions, and Mozzarella Cheese.
  2. Add Schezwan Sauce: Add 3 tablespoons of Gusto’s Schezwan Sauce to the mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are coated evenly.
  3. Assemble Quesadilla: Spread the prepared mixture onto one half of a tortilla wrap. Fold the other half over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.
  4. Grill: Place the assembled quesadilla on a preheated grill or a pan over low heat. Grill each side until the tortilla turns crispy and the cheese melts (usually 2-3 minutes per side).
  5. Serve: Once both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove from heat, cut into wedges, and serve your spicy, cheesy Schezwan Quesadilla!
