Ingredients:
- ▫️Babycorn - 10 corns
- ▫️For babycorn marinating
- Maida - Half cup
- Corn flour - 1/4th cup
- Salt - 1tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Mix these well and add the babycorn and mix it
- ▫️Keep oil in a kadai and fry it until golden
- ▫️Now into a sauce pan add
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 tbsp
- Dried red Chilli -4
- Onion - 1
- Capsicum - half
- ▫️Saute all these slightly
- ▫️Now add
- Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce - 2tbsp
- Soy sauce -1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Schezwan sauce - 3tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Cook all these for 30 seconds
- ▫️Now add 1/4th cup water and cook for 1 minute
- ▫️Now add cooked babycorn and mix well
- ▫️ Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion and enjoy
