Cheena dahi vada (using Gusto's Mango Chilli Sauce)
Ingredients:
  • For 10-12 Cheena
  • 1 ltr Full Cream Milk
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
For curd:
  • 1/2 kg curd
  • 7-8 tsps Gusto Foods Mango Chilli Sauce 
  • 2 tsp sugar
For garnishing:
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Roasted jeera powder
