Some “no onion/no garlic” sauces taste odd, but this one is well-balanced. Heat, tang, and taste are balanced so I enjoy it even in simple meals like stir-fried veggies and rice.
Tried the sauce with noodles (made Jain-style). It added flavour without onion or garlic surprisingly good. Now I can enjoy Indo-Chinese even on a strict diet.
Usually I end up using tomato ketchup or plain sauces for Jain meals. This combo feels much more flavorful I get spice and tang, not just blandness.
I’m not into heavy cooking this combo helps me make simple meals taste good without extra effort. Great for everyday dinner when you want convenient food that still tastes good.
Our family follows no-onion/garlic sometimes. This sauce combo lets us cook meals that taste good and respect dietary choices. Everyone liked the taste and variety.
